There’s also a clip with a female narrator delivering gently-spoken instruction that can help you to enjoy better sleep.
It’s all so soothing that it might even inspire you to get out of the house and spend some time relaxing in a tranquil rural environment for real. Until then, though, you can still listen to Flowing – and you’re likely to find yourself very grateful for it.
