Strategy Classic Rome: Total War to Hit iPad This Thursday

Feral Interactive had said that news about its upcoming iPad version of Rome: Total War was arriving this week, and the developer certainly hasn’t disappointed. Feral has updated its website to indicate that the strategy classic will be released on Apple’s tablet on November 10, this Thursday.

The iPad version of the game previously released on Windows PC and Mac is set to bring the complete experience, albeit modified to take account of the iPad’s touchscreen interface. Players will be able to control infantry, cavalry and artillery as they participate in fully 3D battles in the Roman era.

As previously revealed, in the United States, Rome: Total War will come with a one-time charge of $9.99 and no in-app purchases on iPad. To download the game, you will need about 4GB of free space on an iPad Air, Air 2, Mini 2, Mini 3, Mini 4 or Pro running iOS 9.3.5 or later.
