Will The iPad Mini Use the A6 Chip?

The internet is full of rumors and speculation on what the specs will be for the iPad Mini and when it will be announced by Apple. It is expected that the 7-inch tablet will have its own press event similar to the one held this week in San Francisco, and press invitations are rumored to be going out on October 10th. We can focus on the latest speculation momentarily, but right now I want to address an important question. Now that we have seen the A6 chip in action via the iPhone 5 and the graphics it can produce, will the A6 chip be used in production of the iPad Mini?

In demonstrations onstage during the press event this week, Apple & Electronic Arts showed off the impressive graphics that the A6 chip can produce. Showing the quality of games that the iPhone 5 no doubt will be offering to users. I can only imagine what this chip with added RAM would be capable of in the iPad Mini, giving gamer’s an amazing gaming platform for on-the-go.

This week, we all saw the power of the Internet, leaks, and rumors with the iPhone 5 being unveiled. For the most part, right down to its design, most websites had already nailed down every aspect before its launch. Let’s go over the latest on what we have and what we can expect from the iPad Mini.
