The upcoming new Star Wars film, The Force Awakens, has been completely finished – and one person who has reportedly seen it not once, but three times, is legendary director Steven Spielberg.
Daisy Ridley, one of the stars of the most eagerly anticipated Star Wars venture since The Phantom Menace in 1999, has told the UK’s Glamour magazine: “I haven’t seen the film yet – I kinda want to, and I kinda don’t – Steven Spielberg’s seen it three times, as he told me when I met him!”
That the iconic cinematic helmer has watched it repeatedly suggests that he likes the film. The wider public seem likely to concur with his view upon the US theatrical release on December 18, judging from the plentiful positive reactions to the new trailer, which you can watch below, aired on Thanksgiving.
